Quick enchanting question

I am reading that items that have enchants that cannot be replaced are supposed to show a little lock icon under the enchant bar (between the bar and the enchant name). However, I have an item called Ancient Warden's Greaves that does not show this lock icon. But it won't let me overwrite the "adds 21 max health" enchant that's on it.

I'm not quite understanding how this works. I assume since there is no lock icon that the enchantment can be replaced, but it still won't let me.

Are you sure you have an appropriate glyph for the items' level? If the item for example is level 16 and all your glyphs are for level 1-15 equipments maybe that could be the issue?

It's not even that - I right click the item and I do not have the "enchant" option. Every other item I have equipped gives me the enchant option on a right click.

Right click and "report item" then move on. I have done it with 1 item so far.

Ok, it'll have to wait until I get home but I will. I figure, if it's not possible to replace the enchant, then the lock icon should be there.
