Low volume with Sound Blaster Z

currently in-game, my volume settings are maxed out yet, the NPCs,footsteps, sound is Extremely low..and the sound sometimes de-syncs ...any insight on this? all drivers are up to date and im running a sound blaster z for sound card

    Hi,
    i have the exact same sound card (Creative sound blaster Z) and no issue for me.
    Did you check the sound volume on your speakers or headset and also on windows ?

    I can add that i have sound studio turned off and also scout mode turned off.
    I am in a headset situation but also tried with my 2.1 speakers and in game sound works well too.

    the volume levels of my computer settings are correct, but its acting as if its 10% of the total volume ...if i were to turn it up so i could hear the dialogue,..every other sound would be ear drum bursting loud

    Im having the exact same problem. FIX please. Everything else on my computer is running fine with the volume. Just teso is really low. Started after I manually turned down my volume so I could hear vent. Tried to turn the thing back up later but it wouldn't turn up
