quest line broken
I am unable to finish this quest: To Dawnbreak. Talk to Cannonreeve Sinyon in Dawnbreak. When I first get to the location where the cannonreeve is, the arrow isn't over his head, it's over the area he's standing in. I talk to him, but the arrow does not go away. So then I proceed to finish all the dawnbreak quests, when I'm done, I go back to where the cannonreeve was, the arrow is still there, but he's not. So I find him in town and talk to him again. the quest still won't clear. I can't finish it. I already submitted a support ticket, just wondering if anyone has any ideas. and yes, I did totally quit and relaunch.

Zetor✭I have the same problem. I wouldn't mind too much if this was just a sidequest, but this is a critical step of the main questline!
