I dont know what testing you did on dizzy but it obviously wasnt pvp testing because this skill barely ever lands now.
Seriously something wrong with it.
I dont usually animation cancel so it's not that. It really just doesnt land.
In all seriousness it lands about 20% of the time. Something really messed up with it now.
Seriously standing in front of someone, they arent moving or roll dodging and its just not hitting them.
This is not a one off or lag issue either. It's been consistent since the update. The skill is jacked.
