Crown Store Gifting and definition of "main account" when playing on two accounts?

What is the definition of Main Account as I play on two account usually daily, but more often on the latest account?
What happens if say yes for one account and no for the other?
Does it even matter as both account are being used almost daily at least for log in and to check mails, do some stuff (where account (A) will probably be logged out due to time of inactivity, before returning back from account (B))?
Both account have an active sub on ESO+ and have been upgraded with every "Chapter" including Solstice (2025 Content Pass).
Using link from Support where it is instructed to answer "Is this your Main Account?" between yes and no, only ends up in a "Back Soon" and this text:

It is a bit strange that Support page can't still work in background for sending a ticket or request for Gifting while Maintenance are going on server side for game, but shouldn't have impact on Support as for being able to receive tickets or get messages which then can be acted on when servers will be back online.
How do one open up Gifting between two accounts that I own and want to be able to Gift between as one account have more Crowns that I want to use to send items to my second account or vice verse? How does Main Account replay impact here between yes and no? Both Account are pretty equal as for CP, daily crafting and general play. Sometimes one account are more played on then the other, but over time both are being used to explore PvE content and to get my Companions up to a fighting chance to support my PC in Tamriel.
I just want to add I have now played almost every day on both account that is above 180 days (checked email for purchase of Collection version of Necrom Deluxe [Collection which contain all earlier Chapter in that purchase] which where bought on both account in 2024 and later have added Gold Road and Solstice), and been member in Guilds on both account to trade and help out when needed or get help to finish some harder WB that I had trouble to solo or doing daily pledges. So I would now expect that my accounts full filled what is needed for being able to Gift on both account.
