This morning when I arrived to Rayles keep, I suddently had a loading screen and ended up in AD's west gate. Did anyone had such problem lately?

✭Not lately, but I've seen it happen more than once. It's like the server has a massive rollback for just one person or something. You might want to look at the bright side. You didn't get disconnected or booted out of Cyrodiil.1
