Blackreach is offline in PTS

Been off for almost a week now. I hope it's because you're revering the layout changes to Ash, Chal and Alessia and adding a simple dismount trigger to the top of the guard house instead but I suspect it's because y'all are tweaking the HoT logic.

They said in the patch notes that Cyrodiil was going to be unavailable on PTS this week.

Cyrodiil is unavailable during PTS 2 as construction is revisiting Aleswell Farm....go play Night Market!

Thanks - they really need to revert the damage to chal, alessia and ash. Oh well.
