I understand everyone is already upset about this. Though it is inconvenient for me, I still sub to SWTOR and plan to keep it up because I will occasionally play that when all I have is my laptop since it runs smoother than ESO during peak hours, so I already paid $30 for that, I am trying to roll with this. It would have been nice if:
1. I could just select that I plan on buying a game a card and it let me go ahead WITHOUT having to have one on hand. OR
2. It only held $1 which it seems is not the case based on other’s experiences.

To avoid this I just planned on going out and buying a game card. After all, I know I will be around for a while, even if it’s just to explore and hang out with some of my guild mates. (Especially now that I know some of them live near me so we will be in the same time zone). However, if you are going to require use to do this you need to make sure we can use our preferred method. I have been to a few stores, including a Game Stop, a couple Best Buys, and Amazon… All of them have said their game cards won’t be in for one to two weeks. Is there a way to change it so those of us who prefer to do prepaid don’t have to wait (or resort to using a credit card) to gain access to the game and our free thirty days since our preferred method isn’t an option. I’m not sure if you are aware of this problem. None of the retailers were aware of this either, and one of the Best Buys said he was going to let Customer Service know they could prepare for their own onslaught of calls because I told him I waited for a call today for over five hours. (Still haven’t heard back from anyone.) If you’re going to require us to enter something it needs to actually be an option or we need to know what the work around is. (I haven’t had a chance to get to a bank to put cash into my gaming account and an internet transfer may take longer than Sunday since I just set it up today.)
