I have gone to MMO site to highlight how bad the support is

I have created threads on MMORPG & Massively and Reddit is next.
Waiting 4 days and still not knowing WHY I am still locked out of my account is terrible.

The game seller will not refund me, so I basically burned my cash for the CE.

So over this ... i want to play but can't

    Oh yes go complain on some troll sites. How about 4chan as well? That will show them! And dont forget that negative review!

    If you read my threads, I said how much I enjoyed the game until I could not log in. I still want to play but can't

    In the ops defence I think they have done this simply out of pure frustration.

    When we can log in and play fine it's easy to forget how we might feel if we haven't been able to and haven't got support for 4 days.

And as you can probably tell it wasn't exactly a smooth launch - lots of bugs are still in the game (their fault, yes) and there are probably millions of tickets and reports going on, random zones screwing everyone over with rollbacks, mail dupes, etc; it has been going on since early access anyway.
    I bet everybody over at Zenimax has their hands COMPLETELY FULL. This isn't a 'normal time' where support can respond to every ticket, they're working hard to solve issues that are affecting a larger playerbase. You will get to play the game, - probably in a better condition than I did.
    And I will face the sun with the pride of the living.

    I understand your frustration, I had problems with Support.

    They do answer, but they seem overwhelmed.

    Getting them to read & understand any issue is half the battle. Tred telephoning?

    Did you get a reply? Check they replied understanding what you need, because they wrongly read my support ticket twice.

    Exactly this. I, too, started to get frustrated UNTIL I looked at the volume of tickets *I ALONE* had sent in, and I was fairly tame in my ticket sending... Then I realized, others aren't so resilient, and probably sent in TEN TIMES what I did...Couple that with who knows HOW many accounts (At least five times the vocal amount on the forums, I'll bet you that much) are reporting.... You've got yourself a recipe for a Stuffed up Customer Support Inbox.

    Persevere. It's worth it, the game is great, very atmospheric and immersive. Enjoy the anticipation of getting to play it - too often we expect to have everything and forget to value it if no struggle was involved.

    Like hunting the werewolf spawns, instead of camping the Dune spot with a hundred people, I ran around the whole zone a few nights in a row with no success. Then one night they decided to spawn and it was so satisfying to find them...

    That's where my frustration is really, I really enjoy the time I got to spend playing the game (5 day early access) which makes this whole locked out because of the botched shipping/release issue between Zenimax and retailers that much worse.

    I kind of wish I had not had the early access, I wouldn't know what I was missing.

    If you're gonna do a Friday launch, hire some extra damn CS staff in advance. The ticketing system ITSELF appears to have been badly designed, as they updated their policy today to tell people NOT to reply to their ticket emails as it moves you straight to the bottom of hte queue.

    So, the CSR staff is ACTIVELY DISCOURAGING you from logging your ongoing problems. Individually I know they are all busting their butts to help people; the company as a whole dropped the ball completely in the customer service department. It shouldn't've taken three days to let me know if I COULD refund the game. I don't CARE if it's launch, that's a reason to have MORE short-term CS staff, ESPECIALLY if you're going into a weekend launch where everyone and their cousin has the days off to play all day.

    ESPECIALLY if your game has as many DIFFERENT issues as this one seems to.
    What do you gain by criticizing a CSR complaint?

    I know it's frustrating to have to work with their CS right now, but try to stick with it instead of heading offsite to slam the game (Massively not so bad, but MMORPG - really - that place has just been a big bridge for trolls to hide under for most of the last decade)

    I agree in part, that it's still "keep your head down and wait to get your ticket filled" time. But it's frustrating, and from my experience I know a lot of people have been waiting days to get anything filled. The CS support works... eventually. The staff themselves are trying, but the CS system itself seems inefficient.

    I spent a lot of time right up to launch day trying to find any real reviews, instead of just impressions, and of course there were none. So it annoys me to have to spend as long as I did trying to return a game.

    More CS staff was needed. I would get fired from my job if it ever took me three days to resolve a customer complaint, but it's different because the tools I use to resolve complaints and such (front desk manager at a motel) are tested, and efficient.
    What do you gain by criticizing a CSR complaint?

    The guy who wrote the first is not wrong and is not alone. I have not been able to play during these thirty days and I have not received any support from the elder scrolls. I feel cheated out of money and time. You who say that we who complain should take it easy. Why should we have it. We've paid for something we do not get?

    Strange i got a answer in 5 minutes, best MMO till date if played ( if played over 20 so i know what im talking about ) and service ...

    Im sure its not nice to wait that long, but .. I would advice you to make another ticket, since i got helped in 5 minutes ( not joking )

    You have to pick a Sub program with a card that HAS money on it for Authentication reasons, the money may be held then put it back into your bank if it is taken at all.

    My money wasn't held, but others have been held for one day, how about you read abit instead of writing badly written posts on sites.

    No he's nowhere near wrong, he should demand what he paid for and do everything within his power to try and get in the game. But making posts on other sites bad-mouthing the support during a very intense period of time is not going to help him get in the game any quicker. So the best we can do is tell him to keep trying and be patient :)
