Just called Amazon about my Physical Imperial Edition I purchased back on Jan. 30th.

Delivery date April 12th

CAN ANYONE SAY FOR SURE... If I cancel my Amazon preorder and purchase directly from elderscrollsonline.com or other retailers will I keep all of my current bonuses and characters?!?!

So long as you use the same account then yes, you'll keep whatever bonuses you have already registered/earned and all your characters will still be available.

I agree with said above. In the end you will always have a receipt of the pre-order and a new receipt of the other retailer.

If you cancel your physical edition order, and purchase a digital Imperial Edition instead, you can keep the Explorer's Pack pre-order bonus.

To do this, will need to contact customer support and demonstrate that your account had an early access code applied to it. The easiest way to do this is to submit a support ticket with the same address your game account is registered to. When switching from physical to digital, you also need to keep the same edition (standard/Imperial).
