I've sent in multple tickets.for help and received multiple responses with a cut and paste reply that tells me to redeem my codes for my items. I have posted in your thread and the CSR sent in a ticket on my behalf with the exact same response.
However, they all fail to either acknowledge my problem or provide resolution. I was logged in your game at 4am Pacific time on 3/30, and my characters were mistakenly created in the wrong faction. To reuse the names, I had to delete the characters and reroll them. Unfortunately, I had already retrieved my Digital Imperial Edition pre-order items - which was purchased from this site - and they were deleted with my character, except for the rings of mara, which I had not opened. This includes the Explorers pack maps and pets, and the beta pet monkey.
Instead of running me around more, and worse, ignoring the issue, please provide an official company stance on whether I - and everyone else who ran afoul of this issue - can be provided replacement items. Which is what we paid for after all.
