Imperial Edition Issues ?

I'm having issues with my Imperial Edition that i bought.

I entered my code fine for the early access and everything went fine.
Finally received my codes for the Main Game and the Explorer's Pack.

I go to attempt to enter my code for the main game, but it takes me to a subscription area to have to pay.... It's supposed to come with 30 days free game time, so i'm not sure why it's going to this. So now, i can't activate my game because it's taking me to purchase a subscription.

Can't enter my Explorer's Pack because that code gives back an error stating "The product code requires elder scrolls online"

Anyone mind giving me some help and letting me know what to do?

You need to set up a subscription plan before you get access to the 30 free days. Once you have chosen a way of subscriptions, the 30 free days will start. You won't be charged right now, but you will be charged after the 30 days are over.

Eh, I'm broke until payday so there's nothing on my card... so it's not allowing my transaction to go through

You enter your payment information, but it won't actually charge you until after you free month is up. It MAY freeze funds for a short while (no more than 20 minutes generally) but it won't actually charge you until May.

Is there an option to select to pay by game card? If so choose that... you won't need to buy one until towards the end of your 30 days! By which time you can set up a proper sub if you so wish, or just continue with a game card.. if there isn't then, no idea... paypal maybe?

Not been through the process yet so just throwing up ideas

When you set up a subscription with a credit card there will be an "authorisation fee" which is usually just $1.00/£1.00 etc but for some reason the "authorisation fee" for your ESO sub is being charged as the actual value of whichever subscription plan you choose. The "authorisation fee" will be returned but the time it takes for that to happen seems to vary, for some people it's only minutes, for others it's hours and for some it may take a little longer.

If you have any doubts or concerns simply contact your credit card company and speak with them about what's happening.

Cousin is helping me out with it for the time being until i can switch it out and add my own on pay day.

Top tip howerver, if you were eligable for early access.. then DON'T register your 30 days game time until Sunday, as the clock starts ticking immediately on the 30 days! So basically you'll lose out on 2 days play time..
