This post notes all known discovered issues noted throughout Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 2/ U48 Console Launch Day. We will add to this list as issues come up. Please also check into the known issues section of the patch notes for anything noted toward the beginning of launch. Thank you.
Known Issue: In Eastern Solstice, if they died in the Xul-Katama delve, your character could get stuck and not respawn at the wayshrine. This is an edge case situation, but can happen. If your character gets stuck this way, please reach out to Customer Service to assist.
