PVP
- Campaign Modes: Vengeance, Pure Classes Loadouts only, Subclassing Optional (the idea here being that PVP players could actually play the way they prefer. Certain parameters must be set for players to enter the campaign; ie. For a pure class campaign, your character must not have subclassed skills assigned. I feel the argument would be that this "would divide the player base" which is a fair concern, but I would ask: are they playing now?
• Supply Convoys - Wheeled wagons that must follow the roads between forts, towns, and outposts. Players (to a max of 6) could push them like the multi-player battering ram used against doors. Maybe make it where two mounts could also be "attached" to the mKe the wagon go slightly faster, but either pushing or mounted characters would not be able to fight, only help rush the wagons while other players defend. The reward of this would be similar to AP rewarded for repairing fort damage
• Improvised Towers - temporary player forts built by players or purchased with AP. Players can enter these like they can drive equipment (with a set number of players as a max to keep balance) and being in the tower would add ranged damage to long range attacks (extra boosts for archers and stave skills). This would be especially useful of alliances work together to build protective posts along supply caravan paths.
Character Customization
- Combat Stances: No, not the ones given with U48, but new stances already utilized by NPCs in-game but for players. Animations already exists for NPCs for weapon drawing/sheathing, actual combat, and how weapons are carried. Picture a 2H warrior using the style of the Tho'at Replicanum or a DW warrior using the style of these worm cult warriors (one sword crossing the body and one above the head).
New Skill Lines (in lieu of classes though I still want more) using what already exists
- Hand-to-hand - this is already prominently used by multiple NPCs since Elseweyr. I know the argument against would be people complaining that ZOS would never add set appearances for thousands of old assets, so why ask them too? Every motif in the game has gloves, bracers, and gauntlets. Just give us the skills.
- Spears - I know, I know but this is my fantasy and my post so bear with me. The Templar already has this with the Aedric line, but why can't they both exist? NPCs throughout Argonian zones have spear animations which could be included with basic spears. Additionally, the old jabs animation could be added for a flurry attack (or switched with the current Aedric Spear, I don't care). I also don't see why Staff Motifs couldn't be used for this effect.
- One-hand and Rune - this one seems easy. Allow for characters to maintain the One-hand animation, while equipping something to the off-hand with whatever appearance feels right for ZOS. A tome, floating crux over the hand, an open plan for spells.
