Changing Account info - Country

When I try to change my account info it only lets me change name and surname. I chose the wrong country when I made my account and I want to change it but I can't. And now because of the wrong country that I've chosen I'm getting access to the store in the wrong currency. I've already submitted 2 support tickets about this and no response. Please can I be assisted in this issue. Thanks.

    I have the same problem too. I submitted a ticket yesterday and still have yet to get a response from the ticket i sent in too. its been an entire 24 hours and still nothing.

    Yeah, still no response back and this is really annoying me now as I can't play the game.

    Its not that. It's the fact that I chose the wrong country by mistake and now Im unable to change it. I received an email saying they were going to change it but it still has not been changed.

    Ugh...my fiance is having the same problem. I don't think she ever got a chance to choose her country. It's saying that she lives in Afghanistan when it should be the US. It seems like we can still set up our subscription but then the location info will be wrong. Not sure if we should just go ahead or not. Their support still hasn't gotten back with us. Also, did you get a confirmation email saying that they got your ticket? Never got that so I wasn't even sure the ticket went through despite the confirmation number.

    Got a message back and the needed the security answer to change the country. So...waiting once more.

    Okay, didn't get a message back, but she checked her account and they changed her country to the US. Got everything squared away and a subscription plan set! Good luck to you guys! Hope that you can jump back into Tamriel asap!

    For anyone else having this issue make sure you log a ticket with technical support and not billing as billing just told me they can't help me and I need to log a ticket with technical support.

    My problem was finally resolved thankfully. Took a long time but the support team were kind and apologizing throughout the time, apologizing for the inconvenience.
