Cannot log my main character - Unknown Error - no error code

Hello,
A lot of rollbacks today. After the last game freeze (as in not being able to interact or to cast/chat/pick up stuff) when I could not do anything in-game I exited the game and restarted. After a few "Your character is still in game"error messages i decided to create a new lvl 1 to see if I can enter. I could log on that but the first attempts to log my lvl 24 one I got the "Unknown error" message with NO code for like 5-6 tries. Now it's been stuck in "Requesting character load.."for like 10-15 minutes. What can I do to be able to log in and play, and not do the same quest 3 times in a row cause of rollbacks. Most Important thing is TO GET ME BACK IN THE GAME. And don't tell me that now with the weekend coming and finally some more time to play I cannot log my main. Please do something! This is not really nice to happen. Ty
