Still Missing All Preorder Items

ZOS:

I put a ticket in to restore Imperial Edition items I deleted on launch day (Yes; this is my fault. I know your system could be designed better, but it was my action that resulted in them being deleted. Sorry for creating more work.) This was the pet monkey and the pledge of mara.

That said, I put in a support ticket, and have received no information. This was done days ago (Monday? Pretty sure it was monday.)

Now, not only do I not have the items listed above, but I do not have the items that should have come in when I registered my retail Imperial Edition code and explorers pack preorder code.

How can I fix this? I've tried putting in a ticket, but the only response I got the first time was basically, "Oh hey! We see you!" But I never got anything restored?

    First, look at the email you received in response to your ticket. For some reason some tickets have been marked "solved" even if they are not. If your email states that your issue is Solved, you need to reply to the email and say that it is not solved.

    Djynn: Thanks. Everything is worked out now except for two things:

    I am still missing the monkey pet (as you said, they closed my ticket as resolved against my will.)

    I am still missing the pledge of mara (as you said, they closed my ticket as resolved against my will.)

    I replied to the email asking them to actually solve the ticket instead of just closing it. It is 140403-050117.

    ZOS, this is getting a little ridiculous. I'm trying to be kind, but this is two tickets in a row that your representatives have given me a copy paste of something I already know, that has not helped AT ALL. Yes, I know I shouldn't have deleted the items. I'm sorry. It's my fault. Can you not help me anyway?

    Can you not just restore the monkey/pledge?

    This is the second ticket where the rep has done this.

    I am a patient person. I submitted the first ticket Sunday or Monday, and have been patiently waiting since then for you guys to restore two items, but at this point, I don't think that waiting is a solution unless you can tell me that they are going to show up at some point.

    I've tried making a ticket. I've tried waiting. I've tried making a forum post. I've tried manually flagging down a ZOS employee in someone else's thread where they already replied. I can try waiting some more, but at this point, I have a feeling I'm just being ignored any way.

    LOL. The guy won't remove the "solved" mark on it.

    Okay! ZOS's official stance is if your items are deleted, they're gone, I guess. Case closed.

    Hours later, still "solved."
    Amazing.

    ZOS, this case is not solved, and I can literally open up tickets and waste your time until you fix it, or you can just fix it.

    dev and support don't seem to communicate a lot. There is a bug where people are receiving double items and then having their banks reset and banked gold cleared, it started after launch, I think that might be slowing down the resolution of your problem. ZOS said they will restore them, so you might need to wait. I had put in a request for a forum username change because I was a beta tester and was stuck with a username which included my email and It took 4 days to resolve.

    Like you I only received my monkey and pledge. I'm guessing all the bugs with the bonus content are slowing down resolutions to the problems. But that is just from what I've observed.

    I'm totally fine with waiting as long as I have to as long as someone can confirm that they will get restored, and actually TELL me that.

    All I've gotten so far are emails telling me not to delete the items like I'm some sort of *** chronomancer.

    You're right, ZOS! Sorry! Let me hop in my god damn time castle and export myself along the timestream to a week ago, and stop myself from deleting those items.

    Wait! If I did that, when we get to present time, I'd never have had the inspiration to go back in time and stop myself from deleting the items, and I would have already deleted the items again!

    Looks like we'll have to take an easier route to the solution, and just restore them.

    Seriously considering getting a full refund and just re-buying the imperial edition to get it fixed and working, I'll lose a few days levelling but it seems a more viable option than waiting for this p*** poor excuse of customer service to get around to replying to my support ticket I submitted almost a week ago.

    A week was about when I finally heard back from them.

    Delith, it was probably lost in all the unnecessary freak outs over the past few days but they did confirm that they are going to restore all the items. I don't even know where that thread Is anymore. If CS is telling you otherwise then you should track down that thread and forward a link to them.

    I'll take your word for it and go worry about more important stuff.

    I don't even care that much. What bothers me is being ignored, after spending so many days trying to be patient. That infuriates me.

    It's like the only way to get noticed is to behave like a big stupid ape and throw your *** everywhere, which I don't really want to do.
