I put a ticket in to restore Imperial Edition items I deleted on launch day (Yes; this is my fault. I know your system could be designed better, but it was my action that resulted in them being deleted. Sorry for creating more work.) This was the pet monkey and the pledge of mara.
That said, I put in a support ticket, and have received no information. This was done days ago (Monday? Pretty sure it was monday.)
Now, not only do I not have the items listed above, but I do not have the items that should have come in when I registered my retail Imperial Edition code and explorers pack preorder code.
How can I fix this? I've tried putting in a ticket, but the only response I got the first time was basically, "Oh hey! We see you!" But I never got anything restored?
