Reason for Rollbacks?

Why are we getting CONTINUOUS 15 minute rollbacks? Everyone in Deshaarn is getting kicked every 5-10 minutes and rolled back the same amount. It's happened 4 times now. Are you doing live maintenance? Please let us know SOMEWHERE. You have a support page and a twitter account. It would be nice to know when/why you are doing 10 minute rollbacks for giggles.

In Auridon, we've not been getting any roll-backs at all. It looks like certain zones are just being buggy atm... 0_0;

There's one concenring Greenshade and these rollbacks that's been going on for some time now. I'd assume it's in all zones. They've said they are looking into it and have teams poking it with a stick, but nothing more aside from that. It's a known issue and they are working on it.

I have just been rolled back for the 3rd time in Deshaarn again. Just after finishing the quest line in the Dwarven spider Dungeon. Logged out and ran the patchier to see if everything is up to date.

Inb4 server maintenance during prime NA playtimes.

Yeah was doing some quests in Deshaan, kept getting rolled back isn't funny especially when you've progressed through quite a few quests.

Are they trying to fix the bugged quests live? That would probably be an acceptable answer if they really were.

It's Jessica Folsom that's been giving the heads up once or twice on this one, so expect something to be said or updated today.

Not had this myself yet, quite a few of our guildies have though - suffice it to say they aren't impressed.

League of Legends had a similiar issue a few months back, and had more to do with a certain zone of network that was faulty, so they had to reroute and it got fixed. I don't know the exact technicalities of that though. Makes you wonder though...

People are just going around Greenshade because of this same issue.

OK. People. This was a complaint about lack of support/annotation of issues. They are having an issue, but they have no consolidated place for them. They have not posted anything to their support page or twitter. I am not here asking for help. I do not need help. ZOS needs to fix their stuff. Please follow the link Myugen provided to see the 'official' posts about these rollback issues.
