Anyone else still waiting on return of their explorer's pack/imperial items?

Made the mistake of deleting the character I withdrew them onto (within the first hour of 5-day early access) and have yet to receive any response from support besides their first response which simply said they were forwarding my report to a higher up? I've seen people posting emails that they've received from support saying that their items were mailed back to them, and they submitted their requests days after mine. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat as me still.
