NA Server connection issues

Can not Login
I tried repeatedly to sign as I usually do ESO trough the game client, by putting in the my Username and Password then hitting enter, but get a pop up window saying "Login Error, Login failed, your username and password may be incorrect...", I saw EU is having issues so I followed the recommend procedure of closed the game client and tried to login again several times, alway set with the same pop up "Login Error..."
Need Help here please.
