Can we please get some sort of response about what is going on with our Imperial/Preorder/Beta monkey items that were deleted? I have been waiting since Sunday to hear back , and nothing has been done. Since then many were sent with the same generic email saying the ticket has been closed. Can we please have an official response its been 5 days.
