Dying inside a dungeon or cave - Restored to waypoint and quest door marker is wrong

Hello,
When you die inside certain caves or a dungeons and you choose to return to waypoint, I notice sometimes that the quest marker or quest objective only shows you where the actual objective is (For example if its in a cave, it shows you the location of the NPC you need kill, in the spot, not the door you need to go to get back there.) This sometimes results in aimless wandering trying to find the general location of where you need to go, because being underground the quest marker is somewhere irrelevant to the top side of the map.
This is a bit of a pain if you forget where you entered or if the door does not have a marker on the quest at all.
Can we please get this resolved?
