HTTP request Failed downloading game

First let me say I have, disabled my firewall, and anti virus. I am running nothing in the background, I have open the suggested ports on my router and I have stopped ad blocker from running.
I can get up to 2mb/ps download speeds but only for like 2 to 3 minutes then it goes to HTTP request Failed, I hit refresh and it goes for 2 or 3 minutes and HTTP request failed again.
Another odd thing, when I started the download it said you need 180gig of free hard drive space, I have 220 free space, but why would it need 180gig of free hard drive space? I thought the game only need 60 gig?
I am not sure what to do next
