You charged me for the first month even though it says it wouldn't?

I just activated my account code and put in the billing option and everything and it said that it would charge when my current 30 days went off? but it still charged money for 1 month?

It´s a balance check, you will get refunded within a few days.
This prevents people to add fake credit cards with no money on it.
Its cause is most likley that ZM wants players that intend to play further than the free month

It's an Authentication Check almost all mmo's do it, just like the Sticky at the top of the board says which basically means they take the money and hold it, but will deposit it back once they are sure you can actually pay the sub. Unless you're one of the unlucky few that will be charged instantly for your use because of your card and or bank's rules and regulations.

Its not their fault that is how your selected card or bank works, they have no control over that, and that's your opinion, not a fact, I've had very few issues, and what issues I have had were all fixed within a day or two and I think the game is amazing.

I have never had a problem with other mmo's accepting my card,and i usually don't have money on it. So not sure were you get the idea that all mmo's do it.

So i tell them this,i dont have the money in my account after paying 100 euro for their game and wont for a week or more.Said to them i might be able to do a 10 cent authorization This is the reply

I mean come on,this is just a bad idea,many people are like myself,between pay days or just dont have money on there accounts. 12 euro authorization is just a silly idea.

well, if you choose game time code, you have to insert a valid number
also, that subscription is a recurring monthly sub fee
not even a one time one

You shouldn't need a credit card to start your first month.
You paid for the game with one month included and should be able to set up payment later as some choose to use time cards. It does not state credit card required yet it is since time cards are not available yet.
