A complaint about the extra 2 days, sub plan and the last night patch

Hello,

The story have as it follows :

You brought servers down, I found out after I returned home late at night.
I tried to login and my launcher downloaded a patch. I logged into forums and I saw many people complaining for many things.

My launcher after it downloaded the patch, start downloading a 23 gigabyte patch!
I checked my hdd that I originally keep my ESO folder and I noticed that all the data from my game was wiped off!!!!!!!! So that patch was programmed to erase my game.

The irony in the whole thing is, after the launcher erased my game, you announced that the early access gets 2 more days and the sub plan will start from this Sunday.

But heres the thing... Since you send us a patch to wipe off our hard disk drives, you gave us no other option, that downloading the game again. The new download FORCED us to activate our sub plan.

So the extra 2 days you announced, basically is a joke (Aprils fools). But here is the thing. I lost most of my day yesterday trying to figure out what happened and guess what, the game is still downloading! I cannot log because you wiped off my ESO folder last night. I still need few more gigabytes to recieve.

So not only the 2 days was a joke, but you took 1 more day from my sub, to download the game!
