Retailers: HALL OF SHAME

I will start this ... and vent as much as possible ... as that is my only weapon.
I order the Physical Imperial Edition from a retailer in Romania. The retailer is called Media Galaxy and is part of the Altex chain. I received the early access code on March 26th and I thought everything was good. Today I contacted they support to ask about the status of my order. They said they don't know anything and that I will be contacted later that day. They also assured me that they deliver on Saturday. One hour later someone calls me and says they can't deliver it. Simple .... right ? ... what am I suppose to do now ?
