Hello zenimax,
When are you going to fix my problem? I send u a ticket a lot of days ago.
I can login onto the website, i used my userID, everything is correct.
Please solve my problem i paid € 80,- for the imperial edition and now i cant play.
Since a lot of people have this problem. Does anyone knows a solution?

Just got a message that my problem is solved, i recommend sending more then 1 ticket.
