Is it possible to change the mega server you are in without reinstalling?

Hey, I have not started playing the game yet because i'm waiting for my friend to start playing at the same time as me. When I installed TESO I chose the North America mega server. When I finished downloading the game I looked at the launcher settings and there was an option called mega server and there was the choice of the NA server or the EU server. If I change it to Europe will that be it? Thanks in advance!
