Stuck on loading screen

So i post there cause on french support it seems we have no admin. cf http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/65623/mise-a-jour-interminable#latest
So my problem is that after the dl of this game (that took me 3 days) i log in and after there is a loading screen, and i m tired to see the 2 dragon eat the tale of the other one.
I tried tunneling, low down my setting but still stuck on this screen
At this time i paid 80$ for this game 15$ of subscrition and in 3 days i havent got create my character yet.... Could i get a refund or something like that cause this game going to drive me crazy.
I played a lot of MMO before that and i never had such problem...

I am also having the same problem, i can log in and watch the intro video, but when i skip the video to try to go to CC, it just stays on the loading screen. Have launched the game 3 times and still continues. Any suggestions?
