Still having problems with items disappearing from bank, I thought this was sorted?

I have 2 characters on the EU server. A few minutes ago, I deposited a load of recipes and a racial motif book into my bank with one character. I then logged off and logged on with my crafter, went to retrieve the recipes and motif book in order to learn them, but the consumables tab in my bank is empty (I also checked through the 'All' tab in case it was just that they weren't showing up as consumables).
I double checked on both characters to ensure that I hadn't made a mistake, but those items are gone. The recipes I can live without, but the racial motif book is a real loss.
I thought this issue had already been fixed
(Edit: I did use /bug in game to report it as well as posting here)
