New problem after Apr3rd patch

Today after the patch I have had my character become unresponsive to the point of having to several times do a caveman reboot. I cannot interact with anything and sometimes all the other PCs disappear.

Didn't have this kind of issue even during some of the earlier beta weekends. I guess ESO falls into the rough launch category...too bad
