As title states. A way to make ESO+ better is to give additional rewards to ESO+ members when they reach their Golden Pursuit milestones.

Here is a fast mockup of what the UI might look like.

That looks eerily like a premium season pass used in other video games. Still, it undeniably would add value to ESO Plus — but even then some people will say it's not enough.

Werewolf Should be Allowed to Sneak
Please give us Werewolf Skill Styles (for customizing our fur color), Grimoires/Scribing skills (to fill in the holes in our builds), and Companions (to transform with).

Only if the rewards are not unique/exclusive awards unattainable outside of the Golden Pursuits.

So like exp scrolls, skill respec scrolls, gold, and so on.

The Golden Pursuits are already like a season pass, I mean they work exactly like a season pass.

My bet is that ZOS already has this in mind, but want us players to "ask" for it.

As long as nothing is taken from ESO+ and instead just implementing this, I can't see how anyone would be against it (except those who do not have ESO+ and want the extra rewards).

I disagree with that. Respect scrolls are worthless, so are potions, gold etc. A person paying for a membership should get additional rewards.

Its no different than 1 person buying the deluxe game for 20 bucks more to get a mount, pet, memento where as the person buying the base version get what it comes with.

I am pretty sure we are about to see something like this sooner or later

The whole presentation and concept of the Pass and it´s overlaps with ESO+ feels unfinished to me. I wonder if ESO isn´t still moving towards a full subscription service game for new content. The first time I saw a golden endeavour i was thinking about the battle passes I know from T&L.

In the long run loosing to many subscribers is crititcal - that are the numbers shareholders love - long run fixed income, low price elasticity and high player commitment. The deals offered as compensation will be determined by subscription development in the upcoming weeks I guess not forum posts.

I personally still rather have the bonus mount right away than getting a to do list for "earning " something I already paid for :-), but I agree with you - why shouldn´t you get something for all that money you pay (I only subscribe for 2 or 3 months a year).

You mean a Battle Pass, like in Fortnite:

The Content Pass that was revealed yesterday is using the same Season Pass format similarly to the Assassin's Creed series for example:

Posting the Infinite Archive and Imperial City Weekly Vendor updates.

Also trying out new Main Quests, Companions, ToT decks, Events and Styles on PTS.

It would be nice if ESO+ was more than just the crafting bag.

Nope. That's uncomfortably close to a "premium" battle pass for me.

Tbh I'd rather have a battle pass with additional rewards for subscribers, this way I'd maybe actually sub. Golden pursuits are somewhat rare, thus they wouldn't really add value to eso+.

What a horrendous idea. What is next, triple endeavours?

ESO+ should be focused on crowns, deals and in game services. Not withholding content (temporary or permanent) from other players to create value.

They would lose a lot of goodwill from a big part of the player base by segregating in the game like this.

Its a great idea and ya know...triple endeavors has a nice ring to it.

Fact is, ESO+ cost real money. There is nothing wrong or immoral or lacking good will giving people items, even if exclusive if they pay for it.

If someone wants the extra cool reward that month, they can pay for it. Just like everything else in this game.

It brings value to ESO+ that is being diminished to start with.

If they want to add value, the should either add new services to it (like the furnishing thing) or give more crowns credit to buy stuff that you like. Giving people to do lists is not it.

I hate gaming subs and if they make me feel constantly like a second class customer, I would just stop buying stuff altogether. As I am sure many are seeing all the comments everywhere around the Fallen Banners release.

Right. I have no issue with then adding something to ESO+. Extra crowns, more free crown items, a monthly "loot bag" etc.

It's the idea of any kind of two tier reward system for activities inside them game that causes me concern. If everyone is doing the same work, same rewards.

Golden pursuits are already present. The picture above shows additional rewards to the rewards already present for ESO+ members specifically, not an additional to-do list just for + members

Fine, as long as it is hidden for normal players. There is no need to shove ads like that in peoples face for a non free to play game that sells chapters, DLCs, passes and cosmetics already.

You don't get free anything for having ESO+. You get a package of things that ESO+ covers, which includes crowns.

I have mixed feelings for the golden pursuits idea. If it would just add things like xp scrolls and so on it would have zero value to me and to many long term players. It would have to be cosmetics, furnishings (not ones that cost 200 gold to buy in game!!), new styles or so on to feel like an actual gain instead of just more inventory clutter. I'd also be fine with those items getting added to the store at a later date (or even the same time tbh) for non-plus people to get a chance to buy them. As a Plus user of many years, I still don't really like the idea of things being exclusive to Plus.

season passes having a "free teir" which is extremely barebones while locking a large amount of items behind payments is part of what makes them so despised. This idea is bad, and directly hurts a lot of people.

The fact that it was suggested at all puts in my mind this is bait, or a troll. despite everything in the last half year I refuse to believe that people are genuinely like that.
I play every class in every situation. I love them all.
