Weapon swapping not working

My nightblade just hit 15th, and was told they received weapon swapping very the tutorial window. Only, it does not work. The key is mapped correctly (') but does nothing. When in skills window (k) I can click on the swap button and it just stays on "1". From the inventory window I click on the swap button and it shows a 1 second cooldown on my inventory, but does nothing else. I've tried re-logging to no avail.

Anyone else seen this? I've not had this problem on other characters (that leveled to 15th prior to 4/3)

Restarting the client entirely did not resolve.

Changing binding to another/alternate key (F12) did not resolve and exhibited same behavior.

You have 2 sets of weapons set?

Do you have a weapon equiped in your second slot? You need to put something in those slots in your inventory screen before you can swap.

Yes, it was the fact that I didn't have weapons in the secondary slots. Two things:

1) Why should I have to have weapons in those slots. I.e., why wouldn't it just switch to my bare fists?

2) At one point in beta you could use the same weapons in both sets. I'm pretty sure. I think. (I play too many different games.)

I have same problem, tried the same fixes as above without success.

Well, heck. I just put a weapon in the second set of slots and now it worked. I swear I tried this yesterday without success! At least it is working for me now.

you need a weapons to be able to swap.
I use 2 bows, both being the same. The skills used are all different.
