New DLC still not in crown store, why?

I remember back when Fallen Banners was announced, ZoS said that it will be purchasable via crown store after U45 goes live on all platforms. Now It is live on all platforms, but I seems cant find it in crown store. Anyone know what happened? They've changed their mind?

I believe they... hmm what's a good word, "clarified"?, that it's actually not going to be available for purchase until after the April 10th stream. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong about that. Ahh yes, here found it - see Jess' comment.

It's likely the announcement is going to include introducing a new payment model for the game. This is 100% speculation at this point but the popular theory is there will be some type of annual pass, and the 2025 one will include Fallen Banners. So they don't want to sell it seperately until all the options are available, to avoid players getting angry that they picked the wrong one or have to buy it twice, but of course they can't offer the new payment method until after the announcement.

(It's still annoying for people who just want to play the dungeon with their friends, in a group where not everyone has ESO+ though.)
