Game Installing REALLY SLOW!.

Hey sup guys, I'm downloading the game right now from the launcher, but its downloading extremely slow. I like downloading at 1.60 to 2.52 mps. At that rate it will be done till tomorrow midnight. Is anyone else having a really slow download? OR is it just me.
