Is the lightning wall furniture item supposed to have collision or not?

I paid 100 crown gems for this item to only discover there is no collision, is this intended because it seems like an oversight and ruins the entire idea of it being a wall.

I was debating purchasing that today, and was wondering whether it actually has wall collision too simply because "Wall" is in the name. If it did, then I would definitely grab it. But since it doesn't, I don't need another environmental effect (I've got plenty of those).

Malyore✭✭✭✭✭Wonder if they could at least update them to be doors. Powered up (closed) and powered down (open).2
