Request - Replaying already completed zones

Before people get angry at this, I will say that I'd like this feature to NOT give ANY rewards you've already obtained from previously completed quests, it would be ONLY for replaying the story, and completely optional!
Yes, you can replay anything up to 20 times if you have the slots, but I'd be happy to replay zones on my main for example, who has already completed ALL available PvE solo quest content! And how I'd like it, is that I could select a zone, let's say Murkmire, and choose an option to repeat all of its unique quests - kinda like a New Game+ of sorts. BUT while in this replay mode, these unique quests would not give out any skill point, gold, item or xp rewards so the feature couldn't be used for farming.
All I want is a way to replay the amazing stories on any character, even if they've completed all zones 100%. This wouldn't affect an alt's quest rewards on their FIRST playthrough of any zone, just the replay mode.
