Palomino horse - Paid For But NO MOUNT?

i paid for the Palomino horse an hour ago, its neither in stables or mail, and im over level 10? whats goin on?

    Sam, you should have gotten an email confirmation for your purchase, as well as an in-game mail. Did you? If so, could you try logging completely out of the game and back in again? You should be able to get it from any stable in the game for 1 gold after you purchase it.

    just tried for a third time still no ingame mail or 1g at stables! - got paypal confirmation and its says "you already own this product"

    Just a thought, are you on a level 10 or higher character?

    I'm the same. I purchased the Palomino mount as well, tried re-logging but still have no in-game email and still not in the stables for 1g. I got my confirmation email that its been paid for as well to say I purchased it.

    We've created a support ticket for you both. We do see that the purchase went through, and that the entitlement is properly applied on your account, so we need to do some troubleshooting.

    Is the horse a faster than the imperial edition? or the 42k gold version?

    Says it provides Standard mount speeds so I expect same speed as the Imperial Edition Steed both of which would be slower than the upgraded steed speeders.

    Same. I purchased a horse, but no cigar.... or horse in my stables.
    Level 11.

    Edit: Relogged again, and it was there.

    I have the same problem. I purchase the horse. I paid with credit card. Waited 2 hours. No conformaition e- mail. So I tryed again. After 24 hours- nothing. So I dont know: is my card charged (twice) and I got nothing or transaction didnt work at all?

    Have a mount issue too after the roll back earlier I can no longer mount on my main character but am able to on an alt have submitted a bug report & requested CS help but heard nothing as yet & its getting on for 4 hours now.

    Finally sorted I died & it unbugged
