Zone Map glitch - Right Click oddness

Click on any zone map, I park my characters in Vvardenfell, right click on center of map _used_ to zoom me out view all zones [Tamriel] map. Now it shows cyro outline, and if I don't move my mouse pointer to the sea, and right click there instead, am taken to Cyro map.

Mouse around, see Tamrial zone shapes light up now, upon Vvardenfell map, and if I right click on them, it takes me to their zone map. This is never how it worked before.

And in testing again, glitch.. changed. I still see cyro outlines, or other zone white outlines, over-layed on top of VVardenfell map. Right click there, am zoomed out to max possible, vs one step out, as it did previously.

I posted this in the Bug Reports forum also. Been trying with addons, without addons, and still getting the weird mapping. Hopefully it's just something we're missing, but it's annoying forsure.

Got this thing too. Right clicking was supposed to zoom out, right ?
