I only see ONE of my many homes on the map even with my add-on folder completely removed. I guess we need to set our homes to some special setting to let em show up? I tried going to one but that did not make that place show. Anyone help me out?

You have to set them as favourites in the Collectibles menu. (Not in home tours, I know some people have been confused by that.)

Someone from ZOS claimed in another topic that you could set as many as you like as favourites, but apparently there's a cap of 100 favourite items total, so that may not be possible or practical for everyone.

Alternatively Votan's minimap addon just got updated with an option to override the new update and show all wayshrines, which includes houses. (This was a bug, but instead of removing it entirely the addon author made it optional.)

Thank you SOOOO much for explaining this to me, Danikat.

If others see this thread, you have to go to your COLLECTION screen, then HOUSING tab in that and you can easily fav (or unfav) all your homes there. Changes are realtime without needing to /reloadui

Personally, I have used add-ons for many years to hide the clutter of shrines on the main Tamriel map and only show owned homes. For a long time I have wished I could not show a few I have (since in some zones I have 3) so this new system with the NO THANK YOU! add-on (which works fine) still works perfectly!
