Main Character vs Global Achievements

Since global/account-wide achievements went live what feels like 100 years ago, I've had a frustrating issue when it comes to having a "main" character.
Since ESO doesn't allow us to class change a character, my main character has fallen out of play for me. I'm wanting to achievement hunt, but global achievements have made that completely impossible to do on a brand new character.
I'm sort of stuck in knowing what to do to get around this problem, but I'm coming up with blanks. I want to have one main character that I do EVERYTHING on, all quests, achievements, outfit styles, etc. As of now, though, there isn't truly a way to reset achievements to zilch and start over unless I straight up use a different account altogether to play the game.

Saccopharynx✭✭✭Sounds like the time you need to move on from this game has come but you refuse to.
I actually haven't played this game since sometime last year, probably 6+ months or more. I grew tired of constantly having to redo my builds for endgame content with every new update that came out, plus medical issues removed me for a few months.
