I can't seem to find any info on this, and it's just been lighting bugging me the last few weeks. Other Class & Weapon skills cast light as appropriate when GI is turned on, but I have not yet noticed a single Arcanist skill doing this. I just wonder was this an oversight, a technical decision, or something else?
