[Resolved] Changing Cyrodiil Campaign should be free at the beginning of month, right?

I've been changing my primary Cyrodiil campaign, from Blackreach to Ravenwatch. For most of my toons (17) it's gone the way I expect. I select the campaign, and hit "set home." Done.

But for two toons, it's making me pay the 150K AP. I thought last month it was weird. I successfully switched 15 of them last month, but now it's March 1st, this is the first time I've logged into this toon this month, and it wants me to pay the 150K AP to switch my campaign. Why?

I have toons on all 3 alliances. I've successfully switched toons on all three alliances. Of the two that can't switch, 1 is blue, 1 is yellow.

What is going on? Did I somehow permenantly bind these two toons to Blackreach?

Could it be the Campaigns are 30 Days and February is 28 days?

No. The campaign did roll over, and I successfully swapped 10 toons (on my alt accounts) today. I had the same problem with these two specific toons last month, and thought maybe I had forgotten that I'd already swapped them that month. or maybe I'd played them more, or something weird. So I tried again this month. Good thought, though.

I'm not the only one having this issue, either.

Were the characters left in the campaign when logging out of the character? If so, that would be the issue since that would commit to that alliance for the new campaign.

This does not mean they are on the map when logging in during the new month. I am specifically speaking to when logging out of the characters.

Nope. They were all parked in Skingrad or Vivec City.

Could it be that those two toons had switched campaigns before, and that the other ones switched for the first time? Because the first time is free iirc.

I switched another toon for free, from Blackreach to Ravenwatch this morning (March 2nd.) As long as it's the first switch during that campaign month, it's free. Unless you're saying you can only switch once for free, over the life of the toon? I'm pretty sure that's not true, I've switched different toons multiple times for free, as along as I do it during different campaign months.

I made a video of this switch, but I'm not going to share it for a bit, because I want to watch the view count, see if ZoS actually watches it.

ZoS customer support refunded me the AP it cost to switch these two toons to a different campaign. So I consider this closed.
I gave them as much info on the bug as I could, including the video I made (it's awful, don't watch unless you have the bug too. LOL) and the link to the other thread.
