Best way to see if you got the drop is to compare Twitch Inventory Drop screen to your ESO account billing history. Every drop added to your account should be there with date when it was added. ZOS used to also send e-mails that was informing you about claimed drops that were added to your account, but for whatever reason they stopped doing that.
Anyway, if you have a Drop claimed on twitch and within 24 hours it will not appear in your ESO account billing history list, then you should contact ESO support.
