With the introduction of imperial fragments that yields you the same stuff as Archival Fortunes " but alot easier and faster, Gold mats, dragon blood etc "

Its time to up the amount of flowers at least in IA containers.

The entire rewards structure in IA needs an overhaul. Fortunes need to be increased, the lead drop rates need to be increased, the entire mode is just not rewarding enough given the effort required. Also, when did the merchants in there stop selling the class specific armor? So, one needs to run through multiple Arcs with each individual class in order to collect the armor. That’s just ridiculous

Tamriel Tomes Challenges are not the answer. They are a question, the answer is No.

Uhhh they didn't. At least I bought class set boxes on Saturday, which is the last time I ran it.

They still sell the class sets. Curated boxes.

True, the amount of time and effort you have to spend in IA is really reward lacking.

There is no reason for me to play IA anymore, its fun to encounter the bosses but the time spent for the lack of rewards keeps me out of it now.

I find it more enjoyable than fighting over spots with others. If you don't enjoy it, don't do it. At least it is there for all and was dlc free. I leveled my companions there, so not terrible exp as well.

I do hope for a IA themed mini event like this gilded glory one going on now. ZoS pls.

Same should been said with the anniversary rare style pages, " if you dont enjoy it " then dont farm them

Now Zos sold them for RL money and I hope they are proud of it.

Despite being able to purchase event tickets with crowns, saying that ZOS decided to sell those style pages for real money is a bit of a stretch. Yes the style pages were made available for event tickets, but buying tickets with crowns is not the primary method of obtaining them. Furthermore, the drop rate was significantly raised to the point that even purchasing them with tickets was a waste of tickets.

Sure, some players are salty that the rewards returned for another go round. However, insinuating that it was a money grab is beyond reasonable.

It probably was said, the styles aren't even that great looking to me. I farmed them just because, but unsure how that relates to IA or the resource boxes. Personally alchemy resouces are so common and cheap now I doubt they will lower the price to 100 fortunes to be worth it to me. I mainly save mine for the hopes of a missing undaunted style page or heavy companion gear. I've already unlocked most of the style pages filling in my stickerbook. I wouldn't be opposed to adding more bling to the vendors to give more value to the fortunes.

I had the same "My Bad" experience when I went to buy a class set piece and noticed there were none offered. Fortunately, it didn't take long to realize that Brax is still there, just not where he used to be.

So the real question is, why did he get demoted from his desk job to a deskless position back behind his replacement?

One thing I wish they would introduce to IA (and to make it more worthwhile) would also be including a dungeon or two in with the weekly set rotations that drop. I think it'd be fine to allow people to stickerbook through IA runs rather than queuing for a 4-man or soloing the same dungeon... what 39 or so times for every weapon drop of every set that drops in that dungeon?

I also would not mind seeing a Faustina Curio alternative to getting recipes in the IA for Archival Fortunes. They can sell all the past 'Master Furnisher Documents' in IA for Archival Fortunes to make it more appealing for people to farm/sell recipes with this as an additional source.

I would also not mind a 'Conversion' system of Archival Fortunes to AP. Perhaps a 2:1 Ratio. 2000 Archival Fortunes for 1000 AP. This is pretty simply just a way for PvE players who will (probably) never touch PvP to both receive Rewards of the Worthy daily as well as work on their Alliance Rank. I already know this will get some feedback 'but this just further diminishes the pvp community!' and I'd argue back you all do that yourself with how often you gripe about 'PvE Players' going into Cyro/IC/Battlegrounds and being useless. This would just be a way to keep the PvP side from having to deal with, as they would put it, useless players while still allowing those players to get dyes and transmute stones.

Lastly building on the original stance; I think to bridge the gap of ease of the new IC containers and how easy they are to get, it's worth considering adding a slight chance of receiving a 'Survey' from each of the reagent containers in IA. Maybe a 3% drop or something like that; just something to sink Archival Fortunes into for more resource gain that is normally blocked behind daily crafting writs.

The other reason I'd like this is because we now have items for Mythics that exclusively come from leads blocked behind surveys. So it's up in the air IF you get a survey and then if you get the lead from the survey. This method would, at the very least, provide a target farm way to rifle through boxes for surveys so that you can aim for the Mythic you wanted 2 days ago but haven't gotten lucky rather than sitting around mad that you didn't get it.

I don't think any of these changes would make IA 'popular' or the 'staple of the game'. But I do believe it'd make people more interested in running it whenever they are tired of dungeons and overland content because they know that, at the very least, they can likely get something from it be it a stickerbook, resources, or recipes, or AP.

The boxes containing 5,000 gold definitely need overhauling, something like 25,000 gold would be more fair for 5,000 seals

For sure, infuse that gold in the market. Or give the gilded bonus to those boxes.

Wouldn't it be funny if instead they brought up the price on the IC boxes to match IA boxes

I dont think its beyond reasonable since Zos in fact made a way for players to buy them with RL money therefore the hard earned stylepages where sold.
