Pay to win items in crownstore

So the Boneman polymorph makes it impossible to see proc of the sets like mechanical acuity which gives a real(and quite significant if you don't know about this) advantage for a player who decides to use this skin, I really hope it's not intentional and ZOS will fix this...

I understand the concern but you may want to make the title more descriptive of the issue so it doesn't get lost as it's an actual issue and not a debate.

I mean, I don't PVP so maybe I'm just dense, but what difference does it make? You gotta fight the Mechanical Acuity user anyway

When you see acuity proc you just have to go full defence for a few seconds, if you don't do this against warden you are dead unless you have a tanky build

I second that.
My initial reaction upon reading the thread title was the usual eye-rolling. But this is actually a serious issue that ZOS definitely needs to look at (probably at some point after the sales have gone down).

Boneman is purple and Mechanical Acuity has a spectral blue effect.
is the spectral effect not noticeable on Boneman at all?
If it doesn't happen that sounds unintended to me

they disabled cosmetics in the past for pvp before.. im sure they will do it here if you mention it loud enough..

Not really, it can confuse you if you don't pay much attention but the difference between these 2 effects is visible, with this polymorph you can't see acuity's effect at all

It's not, it IS pay to win

It is most likely an oversight. I don't think that they intentionally designed it to be a p2w pvp item.
They really should fix it, though.

If it is giving you a significant boost to any of your stats (Health, Magicka, Stamina, DPS, Resistances, etc.) compared to regularly sourced in-game items and all available Classes, then it is considered as "pay-to-win" in my eyes.

It's not a P2W issue because it's not exclusive to the Boneman polymorph.

PVP Players have been disguising their race/class/abilities with Polymorphs/Skins/Costumes/etc.. since the beginning (well since they became available anyway).
