more maintenance

18 hours of more of "maintenance" in 30 hours. is that what we should expect? is any of that going to come back to us? and what about the basic consideration of advance notice? i understand that some work may have to be performed before you go live tomorrow but why couldn't you have given us the basic courtesy of some notice that it was going to happen? you did know this morning that you were going to be taking the system down this afternoon I assume. why not warn us then?

yes i am just whining but i'm upset that i've lost 18 hours of game play out of what i was owed as an early buyer and that there is no indication that we will be getting compensation for that lost play time let alone the lost time that will no doubt come over the next 30 days which we have prepaid for. and when we do subscribe how many other full days of "maintenance" do we have to look forward to?
