How do I get the new Skingrad Noble Snack emote on console?????

I play on Xbox series X for eso. I see ESO is giving away the Skingrad Noble Snack emote. I really want it but am a bit confused about the next step.

If I make an account on the nvidia geoforce website will I get a code for the emote, or do I have to install eso and play it remotely with the nvidia thing??? Sorry for stupid question, I just want this emote

I missed the live stream unfortunately. I wish I could just buy this emote with crowns, been looking forward to it for a few months now

It was a Twitch drop for one of the 10th anniversary livestreams. That's how I got it.
