Hi Kevin,

I was in a battlegrounds match last night and couldn't leave after it ended so I Alt+F4'ed to reset the game. I am no longer able to log back into the game.

During the match, I couldn't resurrect while in the match, my scoreboard was not updating as kills and deaths were occurring, and my timer was bugged at 0:00.

@ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_GinaBruno Can you please help me with my account? The ticket number is 240715-001163.
