Baywatch npcs
Ok, this is really weird. There are two npcs; one is in Khenarthi's Roost that is around the outside of Mistral and the other is on the edge of the dock heading towards the harborage in Vulkhel Guard. They both run in slow motion, yet they speak at a normal rate.
